Rusty and I leave this Friday, December 3, for our tour and sabbatical in Australia. Even though we will be gone for a while, it does not mean that Tango stops happening in Tucson. There are many activities happening around town. Check the Tucson Tango community calendar for all the details.
We invite you to join us this Tuesday evening at 7:30pm at Arizona Ballet Theatre, cnr. Tucson Blvd & Sixth St. We will be hosting a Bon Voyage Practica starting at 7:30pm. This practica is open to everyone - $5 per person - we will provide a few light refreshments.
CLASS SCHEDULE
We have arranged for local instructors to continue our weekly classes while we are gone. Currently this is the schedule for the Thursday night Beginning and Intermediate classes:

We are sure that the tango community will enjoy continuing their tango learning with these excellent instructors.
The Tuesday evening class will become a practica hosted by the participants of the Advanced Class. This practica is open to the community - everyone is welcome!
The Friday night Milonguita will also continue at our home with fabulous Guest Host Jim Baker: Same place, same time. Jim will ensure the good music and good times continue in our absence.
NEW YEARS EVE CELEBRATION!
December 31, 2010, 8pm - 12:30amJim Baker is pleased to announce a New Year's Eve Milonga at the beautiful Skyline Country Club. This is a private club and you must be on the gate list in order to gain entry. There will be no drop-ins so contact Jim and register and pay as soon as possible. The cost is $30 per person which includes a buffet of cheeses, vegetables, fruits, chips, salsa, cookes and brownies. A Cash Bar will be available.
