Thank you Derrick and Barry for providing the wonderful music. A big thank you to all of you who attended the workshops and milongas. Thank you to those who came from out of town. We had visitors from all over Arizona and even one from Rhode Island. What a joy it was to be dancing tango with all of you. This coming weekend we will be hosting an Introduction to Argentine Tango immersion workshop. This is for those new to Tango and for those who wish to strengthen their foundation. Along with foundational techniques we will be teaching a few simple but musical steps to get you moving in the line of dance. We keep these groups small so as to ensure a higher degree of individual attention within the group. Please pre-register on the website or call us at 520-468-5536.
There are many tango activities still to come this Fall and Winter. A few of the special items include the 100 Year Anniversary Milonga at St. Phillips Plaza this Sunday afternoon, Jon and Judy workshops the following weekend, the combined Tucson Tango Society Halloween Milonga, QTango concert and Musicality classes all happening the last weekend of October. And, we are extremely excited to be hosting world-famous Brigitta Winkler's first visit to Tucson, November 12-16. All the details about these and other activities happening in Tucson can be found on the calendar at www.TucsonTango.com.
We look forward to enjoying your company at these activities over the next few months. If you have any questions about Tango in Tucson, we would love to help answer them for you.
Love, light and gratitude,
